1.Does F2C Platform also have a physical location?

Yes, of course! You are most welcome in our Showroom in Lelystad. Would you like to see, hold and try out our products? Come by or make an appointment via our online appointment calendar for a free ‘custom advice’. Our showroom is open from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 to 17:00. Closed on Sunday.
2.What are the general terms and conditions of F2C Platform?

3.What warranty is there on the delivered products?

Different products/custom products have a separate factory warranty. This can be up to 10 years. If there is no factory warranty on your product, F2C platform B.V. will provide a standard 2-year warranty. When purchasing, we always state the specific warranty period. Is there something wrong unexpectedly? Please contact our Customer Service and we will come up with a suitable solution.
4.When does the warranty on my product expire?

The warranty does not apply if: the consumer has repaired and/or processed the delivered products themselves and/or has had them repaired and/or processed by third parties; the delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or have otherwise been treated carelessly or in conflict with the instructions of F2C Platform and/or on the packaging; the defectiveness is wholly or partly the result of regulations that the government has imposed or will impose with regard to the nature or quality of the materials used.

5.If I disagree with F2C Platform's solution, what steps can I take?

F2C Platform always strives to provide a suitable solution for every complaint. It may happen that you do not agree with it. 6.When will my product be back in stock?

Most products are not in stock and must be ordered from the factory. Depending on the product, this can take up to 8 weeks. Of course, we will keep you informed of the status of your product.

7.What are the conditions for 'custom-made' products?
​
In the case of custom-made products, the consumer/purchaser always remains responsible for the correct dimensions if F2C Platform does not take care of the measurement itself. F2C Platform offers this (custom-made) service and no rights can be derived from the incorrect dimensions. Of course, if the specified dimensions do not correspond to the custom-made product, F2C Platform will come up with an appropriate solution.
8.I ordered and paid for a ‘custom-made’ product, but I still want to cancel it. Does the statutory 14-day cooling-off period also apply here?

Custom made products are initiated almost immediately after down payment at our partner factories. This means that your order is forwarded to the factory upon payment and it starts the production process. Should you still wish to cancel your order, no refund and/or 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
